Graduated on 1984 with Electrical Engineering B.Sc. degree from Cairo University. He joined the Arab Organization for Industrialization where he had a 5 years of experience in the field of testing of missile guidance systems in. He then spent 12 years in manufacturing and project management with Procter and Gamble before founding United Engineers Company in 2002 where he led the implementation of many industrial automation projects in the areas of desalination of drinking water, sewage treatment, electrical power transmission and distribution grids and Oil & Gas. He Co-founded KAMS company for engineering and contracting where he led the technical team till 2025. As of mid 2025 he separated from KAMS and became the GM and major partner of PCS company.
With over 15 years of professional experience in ICT, Telecommunications, Industrial IoT (IIoT), and SCADA systems, "Mostafa Sayed" is a co-owner of the company and a recognized expert in designing, delivering, and managing mission-critical technology solutions. His expertise spans network infrastructure, cybersecurity, industrial communications, data centers, and digital transformation projects, with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, and industrial sectors. He has successfully led complex engineering and system integration projects, providing innovative, secure, and reliable solutions that align with international standards and support clients' operational excellence.
